 1.Age Range Think about what age group you are working with. Different age group have different skill sets and limitations.

2. Expected capacity: How many children (or adults) will your playground need to hold? We can help you consider ways to improve capacity or spread the children out to more play events.

3. Ancillary facilities required: Remember to think of things like Amusement Park,Kindergarten,School,Residential Area,etc.

4. Design preferences, eg. the colors you like, etc.

5. Any other ideas you come up with.    

 Installation:

 Smart Kids Playgrounds provides detaled assembly drawings to make sure that our clients could install the outdoor playground correctly.

Warranty Statement:  

Smart Kids Playgrounds warrants its products to the original customer to be free from structural failure due to defect in materials or workmanship during normal use and installation in accordance with our published specifications. Smart Kids Playgrounds outdoor playgrounds are designed and manufactured to high quality standards. If properly used, monitored and well-maintained, they will provide years of fun experience for our customers. The warranty shall commence on the date the playground is received by the customer and terminate at the end of the period stated.  Smart Kids Playgrounds should not be responsible for the failures  resulted from vandalism, misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorized addition or substitution of parts.  

Q:Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A:We are professional manufacturer in playground equipment.

Q:What is your delivery time?
A:Usually the delivery time is about 7-15 days. Sometimes we have to extend the delivery time as we have some big orders from the government.

Q:What service can you offer me?
A:As a professional manufacturer, we will provide free outdoor equipment design 3D models, quality products with low maintenance, free installation & maintenace consultaiont, meantime, it will be very easy to do the sourcing to meet all your needs.

Q:How do you control the quality?
A:We have QC team comply with TQM,each step is in compliance to the standards.At the same time,they will take photos and shoot video for you.

Q:Can you do my own design products?
A: Yes, we do OEM/ODM.

Q:Can you do custom design for us?
A:Yes, if you have play area, please inform us your dimension, professional designer will design for you.

Q: How many days you can finish the design if we send the layout of location?
A: 1-2 days. Also We will revise design If you would like to change something.
