Romania Indoor Soft Play Castle Project | Custom Kids Playground Case Study
Thousands of miles apart, yet fun knows no boundaries.
This indoor soft play castle project in Romania answers the biggest worries many overseas clients have:
Will the equipment be hard to assemble after long-distance shipping?
Will the finished product differ greatly from the renderings?
Is there reliable support if problems pop up?
Custom Design Phase
We work closely with our client to confirm site dimensions, local kids’ play habits and EU safety standards. We refine themed layouts and 3D renderings, zoning the space for slides, ball pits, soft climbing and more. Every detail gets fine-tuned. Only once the client approves the final plan do we kick off production, turning their vision into build-ready drawings. Parent-child play helps kids develop key skills while strengthening the bond between caregivers and children. With simple props and game rules, families enjoy hours of shared fun.
Production & Shipment Phase
As the original manufacturer, we handle full in-house production following the EN1176 European safety standard. Every soft play piece, steel frame and plastic component goes through strict factory inspection. Custom-shaped parts get extra reinforcement protection. Goods are packed and loaded into full containers, with end-to-end logistics tracking to make sure everything arrives safely in Romania.
Remote Technical Support & Grand Opening
Since on-site engineers were not feasible due to distance, we offered full-cycle remote technical support. Our technical team works across time zones, supplying complete installation blueprints and step-by-step assembly videos. The client could reach us anytime online to solve assembly hurdles, and successfully finished building and commissioning the whole soft play park.
After completion, the client shared photos of the finished site. The real-life build exceeded expectations, with vibrant colours and sturdy structures. The playground quickly filled with laughing children. Our client praised the overall look, product quality and our full remote service.
This cross-continental recognition is the best reward for this project. Near project handover, the client left warm feedback:
“We have almost finished installing the playground. I would like to thank you for the collaboration. It was a good collaboration! We are satisfied with the quality of the equipment. I really made a very good choice!”
