FAQ of Hansel inflatable products:

1. How to do transportation?
There are some logistic company which have cooperated with us for years. We can send the goods to your nearest sea port. You need to clear custom and pick up goods there. If you have your own logistic company, just pick up the goods at our factory.

2. How much power is needed?
Both 110V and 220V are ok.

3. Can inflatables be set up inside?
Yes. They are both for indoor and outdoor.The indoor area needs to be large and tall enough to accommodate each inflatable.

4. Do adults need to supervise the bouncers?
Yes. An adult needs to supervise each bouncer to ensure each child's safety.

5. How much time prior to the event does Inflatable products set up?
We generally set up 30 minutes to a few hours before the party starting. The rental charge is for the bounce time only.

6. Warning and Logo :
Warning notice and customized logo is available.

7.You may want to know about Packing and Shipping!

PVC bag ,durable and safe. Common package for all inflatables. Customized package with logo.

1.For small size,like mini bouncer,oxford cloth bouncer,these kind  products packed by standard export carton with blower.

2.For big size, such as inflatable slides, castle, and all the PVC products are packed by oxford cloth bag first, then to the PVC tarpaulin bag to avoid the damage during the shipment.Air blower to the standard export carton.

3.If the weight of products are less than 60KG, we suggest shipping by express. it's door to door service.Quicker and convenient. The weight over 60KG, of course, by air will save the shipping cost. However,it's the big order, we will help you find cheapest way-by sea.

If by sea, you can choose freight collect or freight prepaid. we can arrange the shipment for you or by yourself.
